Terms of sale
Last updated September 27, 2026
These terms apply when you buy something from this store. The seller is Alpha Marketing International, [Business number], at [Operator street address], Toronto, Ontario. You can reach us at orders@alphamarketingintl.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. The National Ballet of Canada marks are used under licence.
What you are buying
Every item in this store is made to order. Nothing is taken off a shelf; production begins after your payment clears and takes 5 to 7 business days, after which the order ships from Toronto with tracking.
Product photographs and colour swatches are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary and fabric dye lots vary slightly between runs.
Prices, tax and currency
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The price on the product page is the price of the goods before tax and shipping.
Shipping is calculated from the weight of your parcel and where it is going, and is shown before you pay. Tax is calculated by Stripe on the checkout page from your shipping address, at the rate that applies in your province — 13% HST in Ontario, and the applicable GST or GST plus PST elsewhere in Canada. The total you approve on the Stripe page is the total we charge.
We ship within Canada only.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept your payment and send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fill an order — because an item is discontinued, or a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Before you pay
Before the pay button, the checkout page tells you who is selling to you, the itemised price with shipping and a statement of how tax is calculated, the delivery window and method, your cancellation and refund rights, and that prices are in Canadian dollars. The same disclosure is repeated in your confirmation email. This is what the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 requires an internet seller to disclose, and you should read it before agreeing.
Cancelling, refunds and final sale
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins, from your order page or by writing to us. Once production begins the sale is final, because the item was made for you.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See the refunds and cancellations policy for how to make that claim and how long you have.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 gives you, including your right to cancel an internet agreement if we did not make the required disclosure available to you before you accepted it.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own page. We never receive your card number. If your payment is declined, no order is created.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control — though if a parcel is lost we will replace it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The National Ballet of Canada's name, logo and imagery belong to The National Ballet of Canada and are used here under licence. The site's text, photographs and design may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
