Returns and exchanges

Because every item here is made to order, this store cannot take general returns the way a shop with stock can. What we can do is fix anything that is wrong with what we sent you, and we do that at our cost.

The short version

• Cancel for a full refund any time before production begins.
• Once production begins, the sale is final.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded, always at our cost.

Cancelling before production

Production starts after your payment clears, and until it does you can cancel yourself from your order page — the "Cancel this order" button appears while the order is still in Received. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

If the button is gone, production has begun. Write to us anyway at orders@alphamarketingintl.com; if we have not cut fabric we will usually still stop it.

Once production begins

The sale is final. The item was made in your size and colour for you, and we cannot sell it to anyone else. This is the trade for a store that does not hold stock, and it is why the final-sale statement appears on the product page, in the cart, at checkout and in your confirmation email.

If something is wrong with your order

This is not a return; it is us fixing our mistake, and it is free.

Write to orders@alphamarketingintl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, if the item is:

• Defective — a seam, a print, a fastening or a finish that failed in normal use
• Damaged — the parcel or the item arrived damaged
• Incorrect — the wrong size, colour, or product against what your confirmation says

We will remake and reship it, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not pay shipping either way, and you usually do not need to send the original back — if we do need it we will send you a prepaid label.

A manufacturing fault that shows up after 30 days is still worth writing to us about. We would rather hear it.

Sizing

Measurements are on every product page. Because items are made to order we cannot exchange for a different size once production has begun, so please measure before you order. If you are between sizes, write to us before you buy and we will help.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card, in Canadian dollars, for the amount you paid including tax and shipping. Stripe returns the money in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You will get an email when we issue it.

We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or the Sale of Goods Act, including the right to goods of merchantable quality that match their description.
