Shipping policy

Everything in this store is made to order, so there are two parts to how long your order takes: the time to make it, and the time to ship it.
Production
Production takes 5 to 7 business days and begins after your payment clears. You will get an email when it starts and another when the parcel leaves us.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays.
Where we ship
We ship within Canada only, to every province and territory. We do not ship to the United States or internationally, and we cannot ship to a post office box.
What it costs
Shipping is priced by the weight of the whole parcel and where it is going. The exact amount appears at checkout once you enter an address, before you pay.

Total time
Add production to transit. An Ontario order takes roughly 7 to 12 business days from payment to doorstep; elsewhere in Canada, roughly 8 to 16. The delivery window on your order page is the one we quoted you when you paid.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx or DHL, whichever serves your address best. When the parcel goes out you will get an email with the carrier and a tracking link, and the same link appears on your order page.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged
Tracking sometimes stops updating for a few days without anything being wrong. If your parcel is more than five business days past the end of its delivery window, write to us at orders@alphamarketingintl.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
A parcel the carrier confirms as lost is remade and reshipped at no cost to you. A parcel that arrives damaged is replaced — photograph it before you unpack further and send us the photographs.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you gave at checkout. Please check it on your confirmation page; if it is wrong, tell us before production finishes and we will correct it. A parcel returned to us because the address was incorrect can be reshipped once you pay shipping again.
Duties and taxes
There are none: we ship domestically and Canadian tax is charged at checkout.
